MEET YOUR EDUCATOR
Hi, I'm Amy!
I'm a qualified Primary Teacher with over eight years of experience supporting primary-aged learners across classroom teaching, personalised learning support, inclusive education, and homeschooling.
Throughout my teaching journey, one belief has remained constant: meaningful learning begins with genuine connection.
Every learner deserves to feel seen, understood, and supported by an educator who recognises not only what they are learning, but how they learn best.
Inner Garden Learning was created to offer families a more personalised approach to education. One where learning is thoughtfully designed around each learner's strengths, interests, individuality, and goals, rather than expecting every learner to follow the same path.
As an educator, I believe confidence, curiosity, and meaningful skill development grow together. When learners feel supported, encouraged, and genuinely known, they become more willing to ask questions, embrace challenges, and discover what they are capable of.
Alongside my work in education, I also spent several years facilitating women's coaching programs and retreats focused on confidence, self-awareness, and personal growth. While this work looked very different, it strengthened skills that continue to shape my teaching today, listening deeply, building genuine relationships, and creating calm, supportive environments where people feel safe to learn, grow, and be themselves.
These experiences continue to influence the educator I am today, bringing together educational expertise with thoughtful observation, intentional planning, and genuine connection to create learning experiences that are both meaningful and deeply personalised.
WHY I CREATED INNER GARDEN LEARNING
I saw that learners flourish when they feel understood.
When an educator takes the time to notice their strengths, understand what sparks their curiosity, recognise the way they engage with learning, and respond to who they are as an individual.
I created Inner Garden Learning to offer families an educational experience that feels personal, intentional, and relationship-centred.
A space where learners can develop confidence alongside capability, where curiosity is encouraged, strengths are celebrated, and learning becomes something to enjoy rather than something to simply complete.
Every learning experience is thoughtfully planned to support both personal and academic growth, creating opportunities for learners to explore ideas, develop foundational skills, solve problems, think creatively, and build confidence in themselves as capable learners.
